Milina Labatová

I am born and raised in Serbia, so basically I’ve been bilingual my whole life. From early childhood I’ve been keen on learning languages and English was one of them. I studied at the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra and at first I didn’t see myself as a language teacher. I was more into translating and interpreting but soon realized that teaching is my passion. I have more than 15 years of experience in teaching all age groups and levels, individual and groups.

My teaching philosophy : ” We are all humans and everyone makes mistakes. But don’t let them discourage you in achieving your goals.” Over the years I learnt that every student has their own pace in learning and I am there to show the way and help in the process. Some need to be pushed others are sprinters, but in the end we all get to the finish :).

There are three things that define me : patient, assertive, creative. In my free time you can find me in the forest, hiking, cycling and exploring. But I don’t mind spending a nice time out with my friends drinking coffee or reading a book/watching tv shows.
